soccer match with vjc staff...lost 6-4 or 7-4...man they r damn good probably the strongest team i have ever played...very dissapointed in myself cos i played like SHIT really like SHIT...one of my worst performaces i guess it sucks to realise how i have dropped from not so good player to lousy player...damn..perhaps i'm jus not talented in sports
anyway think we might have won if there was more team chemistry and tactical moves haha we were sort of lack of communication as we have not played with most of the people before but we do have soccer talents who r nt in the school team.. and i was impressed by ben's super nice goal...dribbled half a field past i think 3 or 4 defenders and scored tat was the best part of the game i guessed but we conceded another goal like 2 minutes later haha our defence was in a mess,lack of communication,lousy positioning and the teachers are damn good at headers..
in the end the matched ended 7-2 or 6-2 couldnt remember how many goals they scored at half time,haha everyone was damn tired, including the teachers i guess cos in 2nd half they looked quite bo lat edi,but 2nd half we hav a totally new team to play,haha and they managed to score 2 goals and conceded none..
but still we achieved our target of not losing more than 5 goals but tan yew hwee din play..if he played we might lose more haha
ok i hav to admit ct council hav good players,and our odac seniors r not bad too,but think our current batch of odac j1 r stronger haha XD
man i hope i will hav more chances to play field soccer i like the feel~but i nid to improve myself..which i dun really noe how cos in the hostel,usually only chua can play wif me...aiks watever lar...i wan to improve my soccer skills and fitness as well...
today was class day! celebrated in the canteen haha but quite sad there wasnt class outing haiz
saw this sentence at chua's blog and i felt a lot for it:
"I'm really glad that the gang met. It really is good fate that I've such great friends. In fact, they are so great that they totally set the benchmark for any other type of friends that I might have in school and nobody comes even close."
by the way,'the gang' means the brotherhood of jar jar binks or rather cat high 2006 scholars.
and i agree largely that the jar jar binks i hav got to known hav really set a benchmark or rather redefines my definition of 'friends' or 'brothers'
hehe budden perhaps i'm more lucky than chua...that i hav met frens that r equally nice in vj,but still...i couldnt be as close to them as my brothers...
